Palmer Theological Seminary
Palmer Theological Seminary’s Theological position affirms the Bible as uniquely inspired and the authoritative revelation of God’s nature and purposes for humanity. Commitment to that revelation, fully expressed in Jesus Christ, calls for the preparation of persons for ministry who are faithful to all parts and implications of the Gospel. A curriculum faithful to the whole gospel prepares persons who:
- have a thorough knowledge of the content of the Bible
- are able to interpret and communicate the message of the Bible in a way that is faithful
- are committed to both the individual and social dimensions of the Biblical message
- affirm the Gospel’s proclamation of the forgiveness of sin, the reconciliation of human beings to God and each other, and the gift of eternal life, through Jesus Christ.
The Center for Progressive Renewal seeks to renew Christianity by training entrepreneurial leaders, supporting the birth of new congregations, renewing and strengthening existing churches, and growing a network of progressive ministries that support and nourish each other for vibrant witness in the world. We believe your church’s best days are still ahead!

Interim Ministry Network
All Interim Pastors are Transition Pastors but not all Transition Pastors are Interim Pastors
For over three decades, the Interim Ministry Network – IMN has dedicated itself to the health and wellness of church congregations. The wellness of churches is influenced by three kinds of learned leadership skills – prevention of unhealthy practices before they take root, maintenance of congregational health during times of stress or change and restorative care when it is required.
Leadership has many facets, and in the shifting landscape, coaching is a skill that can support sustainable performance and results. Despite shrinking budgets, changing demographics, and uncertain preparation, today’s leaders are expected to develop others, affect change positively, and exceed organizational and client expectations. To do this effectively, leaders must learn how to coach effectively, efficiently, and strategically.
Often unprepared for the shifting landscape of ministry in today’s world church leaders find themselves inadequate to affect the literal culture change needed within their congregations. Despite shrinking budgets, changing demographics, and uncertain preparation, expectations are that leadership will be able to step up and enable new dreams and their fulfillment. All of these issues can leave pastors feeling overwhelmed, overworked, ineffective, insecure, isolated and alone. Coaching4Clergy has grown to become a global training company for equipping those called and charged with guiding their congregants in their spiritual journeys.
