Deb and I did our coach training together in 2009 and have remained close since. I watched her grow from a buddy coach to a mentor coach to someone I would send my own friends and family to, and someone whom I, a coach myself, go to when I need to be coached. Two of the most important traits you can have as a coach are to be trustworthy and a good listener, as well as one who asks powerful questions. These things come natural to Deb, which is what makes her a great coach and one I highly recommend.
Dom SavocaDeb’s coaching helps me to keep my focus on my goals. She helped me figure out the details I need to follow through with in order to make change possible and lasting. She has helped me get more accomplished and branch out, fixing areas of my life that were neglected. With her help, I have been able to succeed at tasks I previously wasn’t able to pull off.
